Placing an order
Ordering online with BARK AVENUE is as easy as fetching a stick . Just browse through our selection of exciting merchandise and choose the item(s) that you want to purchase. Add them to your shopping cart and proceed through checkout.
Canceling an order
Orders can be cancelled with no additional charge as long as they have not been shipped. Please contact us at barkavenuehawaii@aol.com or call us at 808-394-2343 as soon as possible. Please note that custom and special orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Sales tax
Orders shipped within the state of Hawaii will be charged the general excise tax of 4.166%. Shipping costs are not taxable.

Stock availability
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the expected delivery date.
Shipping options & delivery time
Pending order verification and credit approval, BARK AVENUE will ship orders for in-stock merchandise within five business days. You will receive notification when your order is shipped. Custom made items and special orders require extra time (as noted on product descriptions).
We currently offer two preferred shipping options within the United States: UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping charges are based on weight and destination. The rate is calculated upon checkout. Orders shipped via UPS Ground will be received in approximately five to seven business days after shipping notification. Orders shipped via UPS 2nd day will be received in two business days after shipping notification. For complete UPS shipping information, visit www.ups.com.
We will ship via the US postal service upon request. However, these packages cannot be tracked and delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
International shipping
Shipping is available to most international destinations. International shipping charges are based on weight and destination. If you wish to ship outside the US, please call us at 808-394-2343 or email us at barkavenuehawaii@aol.com and we will be happy to assist you. Customers are responsible for any customs and duty charges which are assessed by each country at the time of delivery. We are not able to estimate your country’s customs charges. Please note that BARK AVENUE will not be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination.
Shipping to a PO Box
You must provide us with a valid residential address for delivery. UPS is not able to deliver to PO Boxes.
Tracking packages
The UPS tracking number will be included in the shipping notification sent to you via email. Please use that number to track the status of your order online at www.ups.com. It may take 24 hours before tracking information
appears on UPS’s website.

Return policy
If your BARK AVENUE website purchase does not meet your expectations, simply return the item(s) to us (via mail or at the BARK AVENUE store) in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt for merchandise exchange or store credit. All exchanges must be accompanied by original sales receipt.
All custom and special orders and perishable items are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. BARK AVENUE reserves the right to refuse exchanges at our discretion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns COD.
Store credit only
BARK AVENUE does not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition.
Store credits are valid for two years from the issue date and can be used for store or website purchases.

On the packing receipt, please include the reason for the return and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS, Federal Express, or by US mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable. Exchanged items will require additional shipping charges.
Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of returns.
